A few days ago the kids found a baby bird while playing in the backyard. They are convinced it came from the nest in the tree right by our back door because it was kind of hiding out back there but we haven't seen any eggs in the nest or any big birds in the nest. Despite Aidan carrying it around and scaring it to death the bird must have found its way out because we haven't seen him since.
