We finally carved our pumpkins on Halloween morning as that was the first free Saturday we had all month. I made the mistake of letting the boys color a face on their first in permanent marker so their drawings kind of overshadowed the actual carving. Jeremy who usually carves the pumpkins was fishing in a tournament so I had to scoop out 3 pumpkins all by myself and it was a lot of work. We made Emeril's spicy pumpkin seeds with all the seeds and they were spicy hot! Next year we will try not to wait until the last minute.
