International Officer's Culture Day

On Saturday afternoon Jeremy's school hosted an International Officer's Culture Day where all of the International Officer's in his class all 76 of them had a booth that told about their home country and had food and drink from their home country to try. Most of the students wore dress from their home countries and displayed artifacts and favorite items from home. It was a lot like the Festival of Nations except more nations and everything was free. We stuffed ourselves silly with all kinds of things I have never heard of before. Lumpia was one of my favorites as well as the Korean cinnamon drink. Lots of amazing food and it was really cool to see the diversity in his class. The kids got to color pictures and try food too and Aidan's favorite part was collecting all the little flags at the booths. We hope to take advantage of this again next year while we were here. The top picture is of the boys running off energy after we had hit all the booths.
