Civil War Days at Fort Snelling

We went to Civil War Days at Fort Snelling while we were home. The boys got to see real life re-enactments of things that went on during that time. The fort is very cool as it is set right on the Mississippi and has an amazing view of the city now. We got to see a canon shot off. Nick also got to play baseball with the Union soldiers and they learned how to do morse code. It was a fun way to spend a day in Minnesota and we learned a lot about the history there.
